CÍRCULO CREATIVO USA
ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP 2026-2027
VERÓNICA ELIZONDO ASSUMES PRESIDENCY
AND JAVIER OSORIO BECOMES VICE PRESIDENT
Miami, FL (January 19, 2026) – Círculo Creativo USA announced today that Verónica Elizondo has been elected as president and Javier Osorio as vice president for the 2026-2027 term, marking the beginning of a new era of growth and expansion for the organization.
Verónica Elizondo, Chief Creative Officer at Conill, brings over 25 years of experience in advertising and design. Since joining Conill in 2005 as an art director, she has led memorable campaigns for brands including Burger King, Alaska Airlines, Aflac, Budweiser, T-Mobile, and Toyota. Her work has been recognized with awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios, One Show, FIAP, El Sol, and Effie Awards. Digiday named her among the "5 Hispanic agency creatives you should know." She created the iconic "Más Que Un Auto" (More Than A Car) campaign for Toyota, which celebrated the automaker's tenth consecutive year as the leading brand among Latinos and generated the highest volume of user-generated content in the brand's history.
She began her professional career in her hometown of Monterrey, Mexico. After spending a summer in Milan, Italy, where she completed a graphic advertising program, she moved to Miami, where she completed her portfolio in art direction.
Verónica strongly believes in teamwork and continuous learning, and always has her camera, sketchbook, and orange marker at hand.
"I am very happy and grateful to assume the presidency and to continue collaborating in a new capacity," expressed Verónica Elizondo. "The Círculo has been key for me, both professionally and personally, so leading it today alongside Javi Osorio and with the support of regional leaders and co-leaders is an honor. Our focus will be to expand this community and continue celebrating the creativity and strength that characterizes the Hispanic market, a market I'm passionate about. Previous administrations have left us a great legacy that we must now nurture and grow."
Javier Osorio is a creative director and copywriter with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. He has worked at multiple agencies for global and local brands, and his work has been recognized at festivals including Cannes Lions, FIAP, Effie Awards, Radio Mercury Awards, New York Festivals, and Communication Arts. He has also served as a juror at El Ojo de Iberoamérica, AdStars, National ADDYs, Radio Mercury Awards, and Effie Awards, among others.
Outside of work, he is a technology and coffee enthusiast, collector of 80s vinyl records, and keyboardist in a cover band with exactly three followers (but very loyal ones).
"Over the past few years, thanks to the leadership of Virgilio Flores and his team, the Círculo gained much more visibility and relevance in the industry," noted Javier Osorio. "Now it's our turn to continue that great work, but also to leverage that platform to catapult the Círculo's reach: not only through representing the work of Hispanic agencies, but through a more disruptive, broad, and diverse presence. In this new phase, regional actions play a key role. We want to build local communities of Latino creatives working in the industry, both in the Hispanic market and the general market. The idea is to become a space that truly empowers them, through collaboration, networking, and real connections among colleagues. For me, it is both an honor and a great challenge to assume this responsibility alongside Verónica Elizondo."

She is someone who, in addition to being highly respected within the industry and the market, has grown in this industry, knows the Hispanic market deeply, and I am confident she will do wonderful work. On the other hand, Javier Osorio is a great friend of many years. He is someone with a solid trajectory, highly respected and beloved in the field, and I am convinced that he has left and will continue to leave an important mark on this market.
