Successful creative leaders must often surmount existing mental models and collective practices - the tyrannies of thought, expectation and action - that have a chilling effect on our exploration and realization of business goals. This presentation will identify several such key legacy habits of mind, heart and behavior and propose how we can move beyond them to forge a better, more creative future.
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

What on earth do we mean by ‘Quality'. What we should mean by it and why quality is such an unsexy, dull entity. He’ll talk about Quality, often the reason behind boring PowerPoints and diabolically tedious presentations. And why he believe it’s of such an importance today and we should consider a bit more carefully.
